My Story
Why WholeFed Nutrition Exists

I followed the standard nutrition advice for years.
Eat less saturated fat. Reduce meat. Increase vegetables. Move more.
And instead of getting healthier, my husband and I just kept getting heavier and heavier.
Eventually, it became obvious. Something was not adding up.
So we stopped blindly following the script and started digging deeper.
When we began eating in a way that actually worked with our biology instead of against it, everything changed. We lost more than 150 pounds combined in about a year and have kept it off for over two years.
That experience completely reshaped how I understand nutrition and metabolism.
After seeing what actually worked in real life, I became determined to understand the science behind it and help others do the same.
Today, I combine lived experience with advanced metabolic nutrition training to help clients cut through the noise, feel better in their bodies, and start thriving again.

Only recently have ultra-processed foods become the center of the modern diet. Many of these products are designed to be convenient and highly craveable while providing far less of what the body actually needs to function well.
It is no surprise that so many people today feel stuck, tired, hungry, and frustrated.

Instead of starting with trends or rigid rules, I help clients return to a protein-first, animal-based foundation supported by simple meal timing, better daily rhythms, and realistic habit change.
